Monitors EIGRP status by reading syslog messages from routers. written in perl/mysql. Uses BigBrother.pm to send updates. Very flexible database-driven system. Requires a lot of up-front work, but the results are worth it. The resulting database can be used by bb-map to generate dynamic maps.
